1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gemezu Global's services (including BlessData, Nwaoma Visuals, and Gemezu Web), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Company Information

Gemezu Global is a legally registered Nigerian business entity with CAC Registration Number BN: 9264845, founded and operated by Blessed Chigemezu Nwaoma. We operate three main business divisions:

  • BlessData - VTU and Digital Services (data, airtime, bill payments)
  • Nwaoma Visuals - Video Production and Editing Services
  • Gemezu Web - Web Design and Development Services

3. Services Provided

3.1 BlessData Services

BlessData provides virtual top-up (VTU) services including but not limited to:

  • Mobile data bundles for MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile (all networks)
  • Airtime recharge for all Nigerian networks
  • Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
  • Electricity bill payments (all distribution companies)
  • Exam result checker pins (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
  • CAC business registration services
  • BVN and NIN verification services
  • Bulk SMS services
  • API integration for developers and resellers

3.2 Nwaoma Visuals Services

Professional video production services including:

  • Video editing and post-production
  • Motion graphics and 2D/3D animation
  • Advertisement and commercial video creation
  • Whiteboard and explainer videos
  • Corporate video production
  • YouTube content creation
  • Social media video content
  • Color grading and sound design

3.3 Gemezu Web Services

Web design and development services including:

  • Custom website design and development
  • WordPress theme customization and development
  • E-commerce solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify)
  • Website maintenance and support
  • SEO optimization services
  • Web hosting setup and management
  • Responsive mobile-first design

4. User Responsibilities

Users of Gemezu Global services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making purchases
  • Use services for lawful purposes only, complying with all Nigerian laws
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities, scams, or abuse of services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and passwords
  • Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or bypass our systems
  • Not use services to harm others or distribute malicious content
  • Respect intellectual property rights of Gemezu Global and third parties

5. Payment Terms

5.1 BlessData Payment

  • All transactions must be paid in full before service delivery
  • Payments are processed instantly through our secure payment gateway
  • Wallet funding is required for automated VTU services
  • Prices are subject to change based on network provider rates
  • We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other approved methods

5.2 Nwaoma Visuals & Gemezu Web Payment

  • Project deposits (typically 50%) may be required before work commencement
  • Full payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in project contract
  • Payment terms and milestones will be specified in individual project agreements
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts

6. Refund Policy

6.1 BlessData Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Failed transactions where service was not delivered within 24 hours
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Technical errors on our end resulting in service failure

Note: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of transaction with valid proof of payment. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered services.

6.2 Nwaoma Visuals & Gemezu Web Refunds

For creative and web development services:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refund policies for specific projects will be outlined in project agreements
  • Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and 24/7 service availability, Gemezu Global does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service delivery. We will provide advance notice when possible and work to resolve issues promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gemezu Global shall not be liable for:

  • Network provider failures, delays, or service interruptions
  • Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by users
  • Third-party service disruptions or failures
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, code, videos, and materials created by Gemezu Global remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Account Termination

Gemezu Global reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent activities or suspected fraud
  • Abuse of services or systems
  • Failure to comply with Nigerian laws and regulations
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes deemed fraudulent

11. Modifications to Terms

Gemezu Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

  1. Good-faith negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation if negotiation fails
  3. Nigerian courts as a last resort

All legal proceedings shall take place in competent Nigerian courts.
